It all began with a lovely, fluffy meringue.
The dry ingredients were then added..some almond flour, cocoa powder, and confectioner's sugar...plus a pinch of salt.
The fluff and dry were gently incorporated to reach a smooth consistency.
This is the smooth consistency.
Pipe those babies and then let them chill out for at least an hour. Then bake.
